'It\'s Day 6 of the Fit & Fabulous Beginner\'s Programme and we are going to test your fitness. The tests: 1. Push ups 2. Burpees 3. Plank 4. Wall Squat Hold Make sure you are fully warmed up before you start and take plenty of rest between each test (pause the video and take at least 1 minute). NB. The exercises shown in the video are the most advanced versions. Don\'t be put off if you aren\'t yet doing full push ups or burpees. You can either do a modified version (i.e. push ups on your knees and burpees without the jump) OR you can give the full version a try, even if you can only do one ... you might just surprise yourself!!
